Professional development
What happens after the training day matters most.
A single day of training is just the beginning. We stay with your teachers through implementation so what they learned in the room actually shows up in classrooms.

Our approach
One step at a time, all year long
We use a clear, structured coaching cycle — pre-conference, observation, and post-observation — and focus on one or two targeted enhancements at a time. Small, deliberate changes made consistently throughout the year result in real instructional improvement by the end of it.
Campus-Level Cohort Coaching
For cohorts of around six teachers, we work through the full coaching cycle several times throughout the school year. Each cycle focuses on one or two targeted enhancements that get more students engaged, talking, and using academic language in every classroom we visit.
Model Teaching
Sometimes the most powerful professional development is seeing a strategy in action with real students. We model specific strategies in your teachers' classrooms, then debrief with the teacher immediately after. Available as part of the coaching cycle or as a standalone service.
Mini-Trainings during PLCs
A practical alternative, or addition, to a single-day training. We spend 40 to 80 minutes with PLCs or shared planning teams, modeling one strategy, helping teachers plan it into an upcoming lesson, and reflecting on what's working. No sub coverage needed.
