Leadership development to transform campuses
We equip school leaders with a lens for instruction that gets all students engaged and talking.

Our approach
With great instruction, everything else follows
School leaders are faced with enormous responsibilities. But when a campus puts its energy into developing effective educators, everything else about school leadership becomes easy. We show school leaders a simple, practical approach to developing instructional leadership.
Training
Campus-Wide Transformation
How do you transform a campus culture from “meeting standard” to critically thinking and driven by curiosity? How do you make all students feel seen and want to come to school? This training engages administrators in systemic leadership practices that improve instruction in all classrooms. Participants will practice leading teachers in PLCs, faculty meetings, and coaching conversations that center instruction around equitable opportunities for academic discourse and higher-order thinking.

Training
Instructional Coaching through a Lens of Academic Language
This training helps administrators, instructional coaches, and district staff develop their teachers by coaching through a lens of academic language and engagement with student-centered pedagogy. In this training, participants will practice the coaching cycle and learn a clear, step-wise approach to developing teachers. Furthermore, participants will engage in a structured approach to supporting all teachers in the coaching cycle.

Coaching
School Leadership Coaching
For individual school leaders, we engage in a structured approach based on discussion, reflection, and defined goals, to develop instructional leadership. This also service pairs perfectly with Campus-Level Cohort Coaching: school leaders observe us coaching teachers, and we debrief about the effective coaching practices that help their teachers grow.

Walk-throughs
Administrative Walk-Throughs
What is the lens for structured conversations and student engagement? We conduct short (10- to 20-minute) walk-throughs with instructional leadership teams and debrief about what we see holistically and how the campus can leverage its strengths to enhance instruction in every classroom.
