Campus-Wide Transformation
How do you transform a campus culture from “meeting standard†to critically thinking and driven by curiosity? How do you make all students feel seen and want to come to school? This training engages administrators in systemic leadership practices that improve instruction in all classrooms. Participants will practice leading teachers in PLCs, faculty meetings, and coaching conversations that center instruction around equitable opportunities for academic discourse and higher-order thinking.

Coaching for Academic Language and Student Engagement
This training helps administrators, instructional coaches, and district staff develop their teachers through a clear, step-by-step approach to the coaching cycle. Participants practice coaching conversations that focus on academic language and student engagement — building the skills to develop every teacher on their campus, not just the ones who are struggling.

A structured coaching engagement for individual school leaders, built around discussion, reflection, and defined instructional goals. School leaders who pair this with Campus-Level Cohort Coaching get an especially powerful experience — observing our coaching sessions with their teachers and debriefing on the practices that drive growth.
Walk-throughs
Administrative Walk-Throughs
We conduct short, structured walk-throughs with your instructional leadership team — 10 to 20 minutes per classroom — then debrief together on what we observed and how your campus can build on its strengths to improve instruction across every classroom. A practical, immediately actionable way to develop your team's instructional eye.
