Integrating the ELPS into Content-Area Instruction

The new ELPS are here. Are your teachers ready? In this training, teachers learn a practical, simple approach to teaching the ELPS in partnership with the TEKS, so it feels like the natural way to teach, not one more thing to add. They leave with language objectives, differentiation strategies for EBs at every proficiency level, and immediately usable routines that get all students reading, writing, speaking, and thinking academically.

Trainings with The Visual Non-Glossary

We bring the same practical, immediately usable approach to trainings built around the VNG — helping your teachers get every student talking with academic vocabulary, from day one.

The Visual Non-Glossary

No sub coverage needed.

Every training is available as a PLC mini-session

No sub coverage needed. We deliver any of our trainings in a condensed 45- to 90-minute format during teachers' shared planning time. We model one strategy, help teachers plan it into an upcoming lesson, and leave time to reflect — without touching instructional time. PLC mini-sessions are most impactful as a series throughout the school year.
